The spread of infectious diseases across the globe as a result numerous bacterial and fungal variations has become serious threat to human life. A critical global situation is need search for antibiotic resistance develop new treatments. most crucial role academics advise pharmaceutical industry about substances with antimicrobial assessments. One challenges in implementing novel medicine delivery discovery compounds having antibacterial antifungal characteristics against Gram-positive Gram-negative bacteria fungi. superiority metal oxide-doped liquid crystal technology revealed. In this work, bacterially triggered drug system using nanometal lipid-based was explored. Copper oxide (CU) cholesteryl stearate (CS) are processed ultrasonication produce complex chemical powder form (CSCU). Functional groups predicted by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) analyses, while surface appearance dimensions that support compound CSCU’s biological revealed scanning electron microscope (SEM) transmission (TEM) analyses.
